摘要
研究了不同接缝宽度的有机硅接缝密封胶承受一定变形量时的耐疲劳次数。密封胶承受相对变形量时(±12. 5%倍缝宽),缝宽为8、12 mm时的耐疲劳次数平均变化率较大,缝宽为17、20、24、30、35、40 mm时的平均变化率相对较小;密封胶承受绝对变形量时(±1. 5 mm),耐疲劳次数与接缝宽度成正比,接缝宽度越大其耐疲劳性越好,接缝宽度对密封材料的耐疲劳次数影响十分显著。
The fatigue times of silicone sealants for joints with different width under a certain deformation are studied.When the sealant is subjected to relative deformation (±12.5% times joint width),it has a larger the average change rate of fatigue resistance when the joint width is 8,12 mm,but the average change rate is relatively smaller when the joint width is 17,20,24,30,35,40 mm respectively.When the sealant is subjected to absolute deformation (±1.5 mm),the times of fatigue resistance is proportional to the width of the joints.The greater the joint width,the better the fatigue resistance.The impact of joint width is very significant on the fatigue resistance of sealant.
