摘要
虚劳(重症迁延期)是临床重症患者较常见的疾病阶段,以脏腑阴阳气血亏虚为基本病机,临床配伍"黄芪、当归、生地"角药进行治疗多能取得较满意的疗效。本文从传统认识、现代研究及角药作用等方面阐述其理论基础,结合医案阐明临床应用效果。
The consumptive disease(severe persistent period) is a relatively common stage of disease in severely ill patients. The viscera,Qi of Yin and Yang and blood deficiency are the basic pathogenesis. The clinical compatibility of "milkvetch root,Chinese angelica,and rehmannia glutinosa" angle medicines can achieve satisfactory results. This article expounds its theoretical basis from the perspective of traditional understanding,modern research and the role of angle medicines,and clarifies the application effect of clinical practice in combination with medical cases.
