摘要
第三方物流公司在物流占比近年稳步上升,在此环境下,本文论述了第三方物流公司如何去选择合理的运输方式和运输路径;如何去选择最优的建立物流仓储中心的方法和优化仓储中心的方法。针对如何选择运输方式,利用自己的认知对现有的运输方式选择的方法进行一个总结平且提出用函数公式来规划其选择流程的建议,将运输选择时被工作人员个人经验所影响制约的比例降低;针对传统的用于选择运输路线的节省矩阵法,运用自身所学对于传统繁琐的计算过程提出简化。对物流仓储中心选址问题的重要性进行论述,总结陈述了仓储中心选址的五个目标和四个原则,之后初略介绍了现在常用的专家意见法、仿真法和运筹法三种手法,并使用重心法解决遇到的一些实际案例,并结合所学知识引入层次分析法对选址手法提出一些改善。最后对第三方物流公司仓储中心管理系统中存在的一些问题进行总结,之后结合自身所学对仓储中心管理系统存在的问题提出改善建议和具体的改善方案。
Third party logistics companies have risen steadily in recent years. In view of how to choose the mode of transportation, this paper makes a summary of the method of choosing the existing mode of transportation by using their own cognition and puts forward a proposal to plan its selection process by function formula, and reduces the proportion of the constraints affected by the personal experience of the staff when the transportation selection is selected;the needle is used for the traditional selection of the transportation route. The provincial matrix method is used to simplify the traditional tedious calculation process.The importance of the location of the logistics storage center is discussed, and then the five objectives and four principles of the location of the storage center are summarized and stated. After that, the three methods of expert opinion, simulation and operation method are introduced, and then some practical cases are solved by the method of gravity, and the knowledge is learned.
