摘要
目的研究分析眩晕护理中健康教育的实施及价值。方法以盲选的方式在2014年2月—2018年3月期间来该院实施诊治的眩晕患者中抽选100例纳入研究,所有患者和其家属都在知情下表示可配合完成整个研究。随机等分100例患者为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上予以有效的健康教育,比较分析两组患者治疗依从性、抑郁评分、焦虑评分、护理满意度评分、健康知识掌握评分。结果和对照组相比较,研究组患者抑郁评分(45.92±2.32)分和焦虑评分(44.39±3.29)分明显要低,治疗依从性评分(89.01±4.92)分、护理满意度评分(90.34±4.51)分、健康知识掌握评分(90.23±4.21)分明显要高,组间差异有统计学意义(t=11.23,12.25,18.51,14.50,18.75,P<0.05)。结论在眩晕护理中实施健康教育,可增强患者对疾病的认识,改善其负性心理,增强患者治疗依从性,提高护理满意度,有利于患者尽早康复。
Objective To study the implementation and value of health education in vertigo nursing. Methods A total of 100 patients with vertigo who were admitted to our hospital during the period from February 2014 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. All patients and their families were informed to complete the study. 100 patients were randomly divided into study group(n=50) and control group(n=50). Patients in the control group received routine nursing.The patients in the study group were given effective health education on the basis of routine nursing. Treatment adherence, depression score, anxiety score, nursing satisfaction score, and health knowledge master score were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the study group had significantly lower depression scores(45.92±2.32)points and anxiety scores(44.39±3.29)points, treatment adherence scores(89.01±4.92)points, and nursing satisfaction scores(90.34±4.51)points. The health knowledge master score(90.23±4.21)points was significantly higher, and the difference between the groups was significant, which was statistically significant(t =11.23,12.25,18.51,14.50,18.75,P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education in vertigo nursing can enhance patients’ understanding of diseases,improve their negative psychology, enhance patient compliance, improve nursing satisfaction, and help patients recover as soon as possible.
