三草素的药效研究

摘要 目的对三草素进行药效研究。方法采用对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响实验;大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验,研究三草素的抗炎作用。采用内毒素致兔发热实验,研究三草素的解热作用。采用小鼠醋酸致痛扭体法实验,研究三草素的镇痛作用。采用小鼠网状内皮系统(RES)吞噬功能实验,研究三草素的免疫作用。采用小鼠气管酚红排泌量实验;小鼠SO_2致咳实验,研究三草素的化痰止咳作用。结果三草素对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性有一定的抑制作用,并能明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的生成,对大肠杆菌内毒素所致新西兰兔发热有明显的解热作用,能减少0.5%醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应次数,具有增强小鼠网状内皮系统(RES)对颗粒状异物(印度墨汁)的吞噬功能,能增加小鼠气管内酚红的排泌量,能够延长对SO_2所致的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期以及减少咳嗽次数。结论三草素具有抗炎、解热、镇痛、免疫、化痰止咳的药效作用。 OBJECTIVE To research the pharmacodynamics of the composition of three grass.METHODS The experiment of influencing on abdominal capillary permeability in mice,and the experiment of resisting on formation of cotton ball granuloma in rats were used to study the anti-inflammatory effect of the composition of three grass.The experiment of fever in rabbits induced by endotoxin was adopted to study the antipyretic effect of the composition of three grass.The pain models were established by hot plate and acetic acid in mice for studying the analgesic effect of the composition of three grass.The experiment of phagocytic function on the reticuloendothelial system(RES)in mice was used to study the immune effect of the composition of three grass.The experiment of excretion of phenol red in the airway of mice,and the cough model induced by SO 2 in mice were adopted to study the expectorant and antitussive effects of the composition of three grass.RESULTS The composition of three grass significantly inhibited peritoneal capillary permeability in mice.Also it obviously inhibited cotton pallet granuloma in rats.And it could remove fever in rabbits infected by endotoxin,it could decrease times of writhing reaction induced by 0.5%acetic acid in mice,it could increase the phagocytosis function of reticuloendothelial system(RES)on India ink in mice.And it could increase the excretion of phenol red in the airway of mice,also it prolonged the latent period of cough induced by SO 2 in mice and decrease their cough times.CONCLUSION The composition of three grass has anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic,immune,expectorant and antitussive effects.
