摘要
为实现快速检测白酒中4种主要酯类物质的含量,采用化学计量学方法对模拟白酒样品的近红外光谱数据进行模型构建,并用白酒样品进行验证试验。结果表明,模型预测值与实际值的相关系数均大于0.97。使用白酒样品进行验证试验,预测值与测定值无显著差异。说明采用近红外光谱进行白酒中酯类物质检测可以实现快速、无损、多参数、多指标检测。
In order to quickly detect the content of four main esters in liquor,near-infrared data of simulated liquor samples were constructed by chemometrics.The validation test was carried out with sample of liquor.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the predicted value and the actual value is greater than 0.97.There was no significant difference between the predicted value and the measured value using the sample of liquor.It was concluded that the near infrared spectroscopy can be used to detect esters in liquor quickly,nondestructively,multi-parameter and multi-index.
