摘要
食品毒理学课堂教学中存在基础薄弱、互动性差和多媒体滥用等问题,导致教学质量下滑。本文旨在总结食品毒理学教学中存在的主要问题,分析其成因,提出了相应的解决对策。
Narrow base,poor interaction and multimedia abuse widely exist in food toxicology teaching,declining the teaching quality.This paper is aim at summarizing these main problems,analyzing of their causes and providing some corresponding solutions.
