摘要
高校扩招后,大班授课已经成为高校教学的普遍现象。然而,大班授课存在课堂管理单一、课内互动缺乏、课后管理困难等问题。为解决大班授课的不足,结合大学生热衷的移动互联网和智能手机,引入新型教学工具——微助教,探讨微助教在大班教学中课中考勤、互动、考核、课后学习的应用。实践表明,微助教可以实现大班教学的精细化管理,提高学习效果,提升教学质量。
Large-class teaching has become a common phenomenon in college teaching after the expansion of college enrollment.However,there are some problems in large-class teaching,such as single classroom management,lack of interaction in class and difficulty in after-class management.To solve the shortage of large-class teaching,a new teaching tool,Micro-Teaching Assistant,was introduced in combination with mobile Internet and smart phones that college students are keen on.The application of Micro-Teaching Assistant in class attendance,interaction,assessment and after-class learning in large-class teaching was discussed.The practice indicates that Micro-Teaching Assistant can realize the fine management of large-class teaching,improve the learning effect and teaching quality.
