摘要
高校学生管理工作是高校教育中一项重要的内容,是学校工作得以正常有序展开的前提保障,而实现学生管理的专业化,则可以显著的提高学生管理工作的效率,促进高校各项工作的积极开展,因此实现高校管理的专业化、制度化显得势在必行。本文主要分析了高校学生管理工作面临的问题,提出实现学生管理工作专业化的要素,并且对相应的制度保障体系构建进行了论述。结合工作人员专业化、管理体制规范化以及信息服务系统进行调试,充分借鉴国外高校学生管理经验进行我国学生专业化发展道路认证,希望以此避免高校专业化管理活动中一切不良因素滋生,为学生长远化发展奠定深刻的适应基础。
The management of college students is an important content in college education,and it is the front of the normal and orderly development of school work.To improve the efficiency of student management work and to promote the work of colleges and universities can be achieved by improving the professional management of students.The positive development of the work,so to realize the specialization of university management,institutionalization of the potential appears to be in the making.This article mainly analyzes college students.The problems faced by the management work put forward the factors of realizing the specialization of the student management work and the construction of the corresponding system guarantee system.It is discussed.Combining the specialization of staff,the standardization of management system and the debugging of information service system,we can fully draw lessons from the country.Student management experience in foreign colleges and universities carries on our country student specialization development road certification,hope to avoid the college specialization management activities.All undesirable factors breed and lay a deep foundation for students to develop in the long run.
