摘要
当今时代的发展,使传统的高校学生管理工作面临严峻的挑战。本文从分析新形势下学校外部环境、学生主体、学校及高等教育改革的现状出发,指出新形势下高校学生管理工作应树立以人为本的管理理念,积极探索适应时代要求的高校学生管理模式,改革和创新高校学生管理工作。
The current development challenges the traditional management of college students. The management should be established with the idea that people are the first and the managerial model adapting to the students and higher educational reform to improve the work must be studied and explored right away.
