摘要
目的探讨逆向追踪法教学模式在临床见习中的具体效果及评价,进一步提高临床见习教学质量。方法随机选取2015级本科临床专业见习生84名,并随机分为实验组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),实验组采用逆向追踪法教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,分析两组学生主观测评及客观测评成绩有无统计学差异。结果统计结果显示,通过逆向追踪法学习的实验组,主观测评满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);客观测评中,见习考核成绩也明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论将逆向追踪法模式教学应用于临床见习教学,可取得良好的效果,优于传统的以讲座为基础的学习教学模式。
Objective To investigate the application of the teaching model of the inverse-tracing method in order to improve the quality of clinical education and probation. Methods Dividing the clinical students in Class 2015 into two groups: experimental group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42), the experimental group received the model of inverse-tracing method, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. Results The data was analyzed by single factor analysis of variance and the statistical results showed that the satisfaction of subjective evaluation for the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). In the objective evaluation, the scores of the students in experimental group were also significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The inverse-tracing method is better than traditional lecturebased learning teaching mode.
