摘要
卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是指发生于卒中后,表现为一系列不同程度的抑郁状态和相应躯体症状的综合征。PSD作为脑血管意外后的常见精神问题之一,受到越来越多的关注及重视。针灸治疗PSD疗效显著,因其安全、高效、不良反应率低的特点而受到广泛认可。该文旨在总结近10年来卒中后抑郁的相关针灸治疗方法,为临床治疗PSD提供新思路。
Post-stroke depression(PSD)is a syndrome that occurs after a stroke and manifests itself as a series of different degrees of depression and corresponding physical symptoms.As one of the common mental problems after cerebrovascular accident,PSD has received more and more attention and attention.Acupuncture treatment of PSD is effective,and is widely recognized for its safety,high efficiency,and low adverse reaction rate.This article aims to summarize the related acupuncture treatment methods for post-stroke depression in the past 10 years,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of PSD.
