摘要
国家当前稻谷产后干燥方式多样,与燃油型、燃煤型稻谷干燥机相比,稻谷热泵干燥机节能高效。通过比对国内部分不同型号的稻谷热泵干燥机产品技术参数及性能,提出增加智能电气化设备融入、与其他干燥方式相结合、与冷藏装置配套组成加工冷藏一体化设备、研究开发地热和太阳能驱动热泵等方面建议。
It is proposed that the current post-harvest drying situation of rice in the country is severe.By analyzing the composition and drying principle of the rice heat pump dryer and comparing it with the fuel oil and coal-fired rice dryer,the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving are highlighted,and the domestic partial rice heat pump dryer is compared.The development of different types of products shows the development of various aspects,including the addition of intelligent electrification equipment,combined with other drying methods to dry,combined with refrigeration equipment into processing refrigeration integrated equipment,research and development of geothermal and solar driven heat pumps.
