摘要
研究了胡萝卜热泵干燥的特性,通过实验数据建立出胡萝卜热泵干燥水分比与干燥时间关系的数学模型方程,优选出适宜的干燥工艺参数。
In this paper, the heat pump drying characteristics for carrot were probed. A mathematical model which indicates the relationship of water content ratio with time for the heat pump drying of carrot was developed .The effect of operating condition on drying characteristics was discussed.
