摘要
目的探究加用阿立派唑治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁的效果及对血清催乳素和糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2014年4月—2017年4月接受治疗的200例精神分裂症伴抑郁患者为研究对象,按用药不同分为研究组和对照组,每组100例。对照组予以齐拉西酮及西酞普兰治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用阿立派唑治疗。比较2组治疗前后血清催乳素、糖脂代谢指标以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,并观察临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1、2和3个月后,对照组血清催乳素含量均高于治疗前和研究组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMD总评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组有效进步率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率以及糖脂代谢指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对精神分裂症伴抑郁患者加用阿立派唑治疗能显著提升临床效果,对糖脂代谢无明显影响,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate effectiveness of Aripiprazole in treatment of patients with schizophrenia associated by depression and its effects on serum prolactin and glycolipid metabolism. Methods A total of 200 patients with schizophrenia associated by depression admitted during April 2014 and April 2017 were divided into study group and control group ( n= 100 for each group) according to different medications. Control group was treated with Ziprasidone and Citalopram, while study group was added with Aripiprazole on the basis of treatment for control group. Serum prolactin, indexes of glycolipid metabolism and Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) scores were compared before and after treatment, and clinical effectiveness and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results After treatment for 1, 2 and 3 months, serum prolactin levels in control group were significantly higher than those before treatment in the same group and in study group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the total scores of HAMD were significantly lower than that before treatment in two groups, and the score in study group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P <0.05). The effective progress rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05). There were no significant differences in incidence rate of adverse reactions and indexes of glycolipid metabolism between two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion Combination of Aripiprazole in treatment of patients with schizophrenia associated by depression may significantly improve clinical effectiveness, and it has no significant effect on glycolipid metabolism with good safety.
