摘要
在中国政治发展的视域中,党的政治建设与国家政治建设的目标统一、主题一致、要素兼容、机理相通。党的政治建设命题的展开,既体现出中国政治发展的自我反思和本土自觉,又展示出对于西方政治范式的观念突破和价值超越。中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史方位的新判断,标识出党的政治建设的创新维度,规定着政治发展的原创空间与行动逻辑。党的领导是中国政治发展范式的核心支撑,是基于中国实践的价值判断和理性体验;党的全面领导和党领导一切是中国政治体系运作的根本原则,是历史逻辑与政治逻辑双重演进的结果;摆脱权威与民主二元对立的迷思,正确认知政党权威、政治权威与政治民主的关系,是理解中国政治发展逻辑的观念基础。
In the perspective of China’s political development,the party’s political construction and the national political construction are unified in goal,consistent in theme,compatible in essential factors and consistent in mechanism. The proposition of the Party’s political construction not only reflects the self-reflection and local consciousness of China’s political development,but also shows the concept breakthrough and value transcendence of the western political paradigm. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era of historical orientation and new judgment,marking the party’s political construction of the three dimensions of innovation,prescribing the political development of the original space and logic of action. The Party’s leadership is the core support of China’s political development paradigm,which is based on the value judgment and rational experience of China’s practice. The Party’s comprehensive leadership is the fundamental principles of the operation of China’s political system and the result of the dual evolution of historical logic and political logic. It is the conceptual basis of understanding the logic of China’s political development to get rid of the myth of binary opposition between authority and democracy and to correctly understand the relationship between party authority,political authority and political democracy.
