摘要
采用杯突胀形试验,对5754铝合金板材进行了温成形试验,研究了成形温度、冲头速度和压边力对板材温成形性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察了不同成形温度下的断口形貌。试验结果表明,随着成形温度升高,板材的成形质量越好;冲头速度越高,板材所受的最大载荷力越大,成形质量越差;压边力在10~20 kN范围内对板材的成形影响较小。
A cupping test was adopted to investigate effects of forming temperature, punch speed and blank holder force on the warm forming properties of 5754 aluminum alloy sheet. And fracture morphology at different forming temperatures was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the forming quality was improved with an increase in forming temperatures. The higher the punching speed, the greater the max load force exerted on the plates and the worse the forming quality. And the blank holder force within a range of 10~20 kN brought less influence on the forming of the plate.
