摘要
进入中国特色社会主义新时代,实现人民美好生活需要成为党和政府的根本目标。做大"蛋糕"、分好"蛋糕"是实现人民美好生活需要的根本基础,做大"蛋糕"、分好"蛋糕"应以实现人民美好生活需要为根本判断。从马克思财富伦理观看,"蛋糕"应是有真实使用价值、促进人民美好生活需要实现的"好蛋糕"。商品经济下产生坏"蛋糕",如不安全食品,重要原因在于做"蛋糕"者不吃自己做的"蛋糕"。做"蛋糕"者应具备相应的劳动素质,做的过程应合道德原则,不能掠夺他人的生产资料做"蛋糕"。无论是按劳分配,还是按生产要素分配,得"蛋糕"者主要应是做"蛋糕"的劳动者。私有制下分"蛋糕"者大多不做"蛋糕",公有制下分"蛋糕"者可能偷"蛋糕"。从马克思财富伦理观看,"蛋糕"高效地做、公平地分未必真的好,应在实现人民美好生活需要中达致效率与公平的统一。
Entering into the new era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, realization of people's demand for good life becomes a basic target. It is fundamental of realization of the people's demand for good life to make a big "cake" and distribute "the cake" reasonably, which must be judged by realization of people's demand for good life. Based on Marx wealth ethic thoughts,"the cake" must be good, and has use value and also can promote to realize people's demand for good life. Under the commodity economy, the main reason of bad "cake" production, such as unsafe food, is that "cake" producers never eat their own "cake"."Cake" producers should have relevant labor quality and obey to moral principle while produce. Base on both the distribution according to one's performance and the distribution according to production factors, who work, who can get "cake". Under the private ownership, who distribute "cake" never produce "cake". Under the state ownership, who distribute "cake" may steal "cake". It may not good to produce "cake" with high efficiency and distribute fairly, and should make the unity of efficiency and fairness.
