摘要
目的探讨综合治疗妊娠期糖尿病的方法及有效性。方法选我院100例2017年2月～2018年6月妊娠期糖尿病患者。随机数字表分组,对照组选择常规治疗方案治疗,综合治疗组则选择综合治疗方案治疗。比较两组疗效;开始治疗至血糖达到正常值范围的平均天数;施治前后患者平均FPG以及平均2hPG、糖化血红蛋白中位数;产妇的不良结局比例以及新生儿并发症比例。结果综合治疗组疗效、开始治疗至血糖达到正常值范围的平均天数、平均FPG以及平均2hPG、糖化血红蛋白中位数相比较照组有优势,P<0.05。综合治疗组产妇的不良结局比例以及新生儿并发症比例显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论综合治疗方案治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效肯定。
Objective To explore the method and effectiveness of comprehensive treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes from February 2017 to June 1818 were enrolled in our hospital.The random number table was grouped,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the comprehensive treatment group was treated with comprehensive treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared;the average number of days from the start of treatment to the normal range of blood glucose;the mean FPG and the mean 2hPG,the median of glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment;the proportion of maternal adverse outcomes and the proportion of neonatal complications. Results The efficacy of the treatment group,the average number of days from the start of treatment until the blood glucose reached the normal range,the mean FPG,and the mean 2hPG and the glycosylated hemoglobin median were superior,P<0.05.The proportion of adverse outcomes and the proportion of neonatal complications in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment regimen is effective in treating gestational diabetes.
