摘要 电动汽车的充放电行为受到间接的成本约束和直接的集中调度控制。本文建立了计及电动汽车充放电行为的机组组合模型,从机组组合的角度分析了受调度电动汽车的充放电行为。在GAMS的MINLP优化求解的基础上,以10台机组系统24时段的机组最优组合为例,分别讨论了有无惩罚函数的情况、全时段充放电和定时充放电的情况。由此得出结论,惩罚函数的添加,能够有效地改善系统"削峰填谷"效果。针对本文算例,考虑机组成本和电动汽车充放电成本,所允许的电动汽车放电的临界成本系数大约为45$/MW。 The charge and discharge behavior of electric vehicles will be subjected to indirect cost constraints and direct centralized scheduling control. In this paper, a unit combination model for charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicles was set up, and the charge and discharge behavior of controlled electric vehicle was studied from the angle of unit combination. On the basis of MINLP optimizer of GAMS, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model wad proved by an example of 10 units system in 24 periods. The conclusion is that the addition of penalty function can effectively improve the effect of “peak shaving and valley filling”. Compared with timing charging and discharging mode, full time charge and discharge mode has better performance.
