摘要
以绿原酸为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为结构单体,甲叉双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,以绿原酸吸附量为指标,优化了绿原酸分子印迹冰胶聚合物的制备条件。实验结果表明,绿原酸分子印迹冰胶的最佳制备工艺条件是:绿原酸∶丙烯酰胺∶甲叉双丙烯酰胺=1∶12∶60(物质的量之比)。此条件下制备的分子印迹冰胶聚合物对绿原酸的吸附量达到最大,为73.8mg·g^(-1),是芦丁吸附容量的3倍,木犀草素吸附容量的5倍。
Applied chlorogenic acid as template molecule, acrylamide as structural monomer, methylidene diacrylamide as crosslinking agent, and chlorogenic acid adsorption as index, the preparation conditions of molecularly imprinted ice gel polymer of chlorogenic acid were optimized. Experiments results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of chlorogenic acid molecularly imprinted frozen gel were: the template molecules (chlorogenic acid): the structure of the monomer (acrylamide): crosslinking agent (methylene double acrylamide)= 1:12:6 (the ratio of the amount of substance). Under these preparation conditions, the molecular imprinting polymer ice on the adsorption quantity of chlorogenic acid reached a maximum of 73.8 mg/g, was 3 times of the adsorption capacity of rutin, 5 times of the adsorption capacity of mignonette,.
