摘要
选取苯乙烯储罐作为泄漏事故研究对象,对罐体发生小孔、中孔和大孔连续泄漏3种模式进行定量分析,利用RiskSystem软件对3种泄漏模式所造成的后果进行模拟分析,预测其挥发的有毒有害气体和火灾后的影响范围,总结出泄漏孔径与泄漏速率以及次生污染物释放速率之间的关系,模拟结果可为企业预防和控制事故提供参考。
This paper selects the styrene storage tank as the research object of leakage accident and makes a quantitative analysis on three modes of continuous leakage of small hole,middle hole and large hole in the tank.The paper adopts the RiskSystem software to simulate and analyze the consequences of the three leakage modes.It predicts the range of toxic and harmful gases that can be volatilized and the influence scope after a fire.The paper also summarizes the relationship between leakage aperture and leakage rate and the release rate of secondary pollutants.The simulation results provide certain reference for enterprises to prevent and control accidents.
