摘要
渤海油田集中勘探部署的探井密度高,井与井之间需要钻井船多次短距离拖航。而海上钻井平台拖航作业对气象及海洋潮流条件要求高、相关手续复杂,拖航作业过程中经常出现长时间待机的情况。针对渤海油田探井作业钻井平台多次拖航风险大、作业费用高、作业时效低等问题,结合目前开发井、调整井应用成熟的套管开窗、裸眼侧钻、井眼轨道控制等钻井技术,探索并实践了海上探井一次就位多目标评价的(1-N)钻探作业模式。对该模式下钻探分支井增加的作业难度及费用进行了评估,指导实施的1-N钻探模式在旅大、蓬莱区块单次作业分别节省费用2000万元和1500万元,应用前景巨大,为国内外海上油田类似勘探项目提供了借鉴与参考。
Due to the concentrated exploration deployment,the density of exploration wells in Bohai Oilfield is high,so drilling ships are required to perform short-distance towing many times between wells.However,the towing of offshore drilling platforms has special requirements on weather and ocean currents,and its relevant procedures are complicated,so the situations of long-time stand by often occur in the process of towing operation.In order to deal with high risks,high operation costs and low operation efficiency of multiple towing operations of drilling ships for the operations of exploration wells in Bohai Oilfield,a drilling mode of multi-objective evaluation within once in position (1-N drilling mode) for offshore exploration wells was explored based on the mature drilling technologies currently used in development wells and adjustment wells,e.g.window cutting,open hole sidetracking and borehole trajectory control.Then it was put into practice.In addition,the increased operation difficulties and cost to drill multilateral wells according to the 1-N drilling mode was estimated.Owing to the application of 1-N drilling mode Lvda and Penglai Blocks,single operating cost is saved by 20 million yuan and 15 million yuan,respectively,indicating the promising application prospect.The research results can be used as the reference for the similar exploration projects of offshore oilfields at home and abroad.
