摘要
目前,国内几乎所有的焦炉烟气都未能实现NOx的达标排放,世界上采用的较为成熟的技术是氨选择性催化还原法(NH_3-SCR)脱除焦炉烟气中的NO_x。从节约能耗并尽量减少对原有设备进行改造的角度,开发成熟的高效低温SCR脱硝催化材料显得十分必要。该文总结了Mn基、Ti基、Fe基和Cu基等各类中低温SCR催化材料的制备方法,活性组分和载体改性对催化材料活性、抗SO_2及抗水性能的影响以及产生每种影响的相关机理。建立在已有研究的基础上,提出了独特的Mn基和Ti基催化材料制备方案以及优化的后续催化材料成型工艺,以实现既能满足高脱硝率又能抗硫、抗水,并且保证中试装置的顺利运行和NO_x的达标排放。
At present,almost all coke oven flue gas in China fails to meet the requirements of NOx discharge standard,and ammonia selective catalytic reduction( NH3-SCR) is a relatively mature technology. From the perspective of saving energy consumption and minimizing equipment modification,it is necessary to develop mature and high-efficiency low-temperature SCR denitration catalytic materials. Preparation methods of Mn-based,Ti-based,Fe-based,Cu-based and some other catalytic materials were summarized,furthermore,influences of active components and support modification on catalyst activity,SO2 resistance,water resistance and related mechanism was studied. Based on the existing research,a unique preparation method of Mn-based and Ti-based catalytic materials and an optimized moulding process were proposed to satisfy the requirements of high denitration rate and good resistant performance to sulfur and water,which could ensure the smooth operation of pilot plant and meet the requirement of NOx discharge standard.
