摘要
介绍了烧结烟气脱硝的工艺类别,对选择性催化还原法放在湿法脱硫前和湿法脱硫后的工艺流程及优缺点进行了分析,对活性炭(焦)多污染物协同处置技术的工艺流程及优缺点进行了分析。通过对选择性催化还原法和活性炭(焦)多污染物协同处置技术在副产物、占地面积、工期建设、运行成本进行比较,对最终脱硝工艺的选择提出建设性意见。
The process categories of sintering flue gas denitrification are introduced.The process flow,advantages and disadvantages of selective catalytic reduction before and after wet desulfurization were analyzed.The technological process,advantages and disadvantages of activated carbon(coke)multi-pollutant co-disposal technology were analyzed.Through the comparison of selective catalytic reduction and activated carbon(coke)multi-pollutant co-disposal technology in by-products,occupied area,construction period and operation cost,some constructive suggestions on the selection of the final denitrification process are put forward.
