摘要 以镍基高温合金GH4169为试验材料,用超细硬质合金涂层刀具进行车削加工,研究刀具在车削GH4169材料时的失效机理。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和元素能谱检测(EDS)分别对失效刀具的刃口区域、前刀面区域、后刀面区域和沟槽磨区域的磨损进行失效形貌检测和合金元素成分的分析测试。结果表明:超细硬质合金涂层刀具车削加工镍基合金GH4169时,刀具的失效机理在不同位置有所不同,刃口以氧化磨损失效和粘结磨损失效为主,前刀面和后刀面以磨粒磨损失效为主,沟槽以及沟槽外以崩缺失效为主。 With nickel-based superalloy GH4169 as the test material,the turning mechanism of ultra-fine carbide coated tools is used to study the failure mechanism of the tool when turning GH4169 material. By using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),the failure morphology and analytical testing of elemental composition of the cutting-edge area,rake face area,flank area and groove grinding area damage of the failed tools are detected.The results show when the ultra-fine cemented carbide coating tool is used to turn the nickel-based alloy GH4169,the failure mechanism of the tool is different at different positions.The cutting edge is mainly caused by oxidative wear failure and bond wear failure.The rake face and the flank face are mainly caused by abrasive wear failure,the groove and the over groove area are mainly caused by collapse failure effect.
