摘要
兰炭末作为一种洁净燃料,质优价廉。通过烧结杯试验对兰炭末用于烧结生产进行试验研究,重点探索兰炭末在烧结工序配加的工艺控制。试验结果表明:在适当的配加比例下,兰炭末用于烧结不会对生产造成很大影响,通过适当调整烧结燃料比,兰炭末使用量可以逐步提高。
As a clean fuel,the price of Semi-coke refined carbon is good and cheap.Through sintering cup test,the application of Lanzhou charcoal powder in sintering production was studied.And the process control of adding Lanzhou charcoal powder in sintering process was explored emphatically.The experimental results show that the use of blue carbon powder in sintering will have not a great impact on the sintering production at the appropriate proportion.By adjusting the sintering fuel ratio properly,the use of blue carbon powder can be gradually increased.
