高岭土加入量对Al_2O_3-SiC质修补料热震性能的影响

摘要 以提高Al_2O_3-SiC修补料的热震稳定性,延长修补料使用寿命为目的,以煅烧高岭土、高铝矾土均化料、SiC、红柱石、硅灰、α-Al_2O_3微粉等为原料,研究煅烧高岭土的加入量对Al_2O_3-SiC修补料热震稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:煅烧高岭土加入量为8%时,1 300℃煅烧后Al_2O_3-SiC修补料热震后抗折强度保持率达到29.3%,常温强度可以保证正常使用;当加入量超过8%后,其各项性能指标反而下降。 In order to improve the thermal shock resistance and prolong the service life of Al203-SiC repairing material, Calcined kaolin, homogenized bauxite, SiC, and alusite, silica fume and α-Al2 O3 as raw materials, the effect of calcined kaolin addition quantity on thermal shock resistance of Al2 O3-SiC repair material was studied. The experimental results show that when the addition quantity of calcined kaolin is 8%, the flexural strength retention rate of Al2 O3-SiC repairing material calcined at 1 300 ℃ after thermal shock can reach 29.3%, room temperature strength can ensure the normal use. When the addition quantity amount exceeds 8%, each performance index is decreased.
