在校大学生参与基层扶贫的可行性与路径探析——基于实践育人视角 被引量:5

摘要 在校大学生参与基层志愿服务是高等院校社会化服务的重要体现,引导在校大学生参与基层扶贫开发,有利于缓解基层扶贫工作活力不足、人才匮乏等扶贫困境,也是精准扶贫可持续的重要环节。文章以乡村振兴战略、社区营造、参与式发展为基础,理顺农村发展、实践育人和基层事务管理的内在联系;并从政策基础、人才培养与大学生自我要求等角度解析在校大学生参与基层扶贫工作的可行性,并指出障碍性因素。文章最后提出党小组帮扶模式、志愿服务长效机制与高校扶贫科研课题组等路径,探析在校大学生参与基层扶贫路径。 The participation of college students in grassroots volunteer service is an important embodiment of the socialized service of colleges and universities. To guide college students to participate in grassroots poverty alleviation and development is conducive to alleviating the lack of vitality and talents of grassroots poverty alleviation work. It is also an important link of precision poverty alleviation. Based on the rural revitalization strategy, community construction, and participatory development, the article rationalizes the internal relationship between rural development, practical education, and grassroots affairs. It also analyzes the possibility of college students participating in grassroots poverty alleviation work from the perspective of policy foundation, personnel training, and self-requirement of college students and points out the obstacle factors. Finally, the Party group model, the long-term mechanism of volunteer service and the university poverty alleviation research group are put forward to guide the students in the grassroots poverty alleviation and development.
