摘要
[目的/意义]在揭示科研数据需求内涵特征基础上,构建科研数据需求管理模型,有助于快速识别科研人员复杂多样的数据需求,有效构建相匹配的创新数据服务机制,更好地推动科研人员的研究活动。[方法/过程]引入情报工程研究范式,将工程思维下科研数据需求管理框架所涉及的关键要素与霍尔三维结构方法论融合,构建工程化思维下科研数据需求管理的霍尔模型,分析其特点和必要性,并对该模型的时间维、逻辑维与知识维等内容进行论述和探讨。[结果/结论]模型从整体上全面系统地揭示了工程化思维下科研数据需求管理工作所涉及的构成关键要素与各项管理工作流程,为建设适应科研人员数据需求动态变化的数据服务平台提供可靠的引导分析模式。
[Purpose/Significance] On the basis of revealing the connotation characteristics of research data demand, the construction of research data demand management model can assist scientific researchers in identifying the complex and diverse data demand quickly, construct a matching innovative data service mechanism effectively, and promote the research activity of scientific researcher better.[Method/Process] The Hall model of research data demand management under engineering thinking is constructed by introducing the intelligence engineering research paradigm and integrating the key elements involved in the framework of research data demand management under engineering thinking with the Hall three-dimensional structure methodology. Based on the analysis of the model of characteristic and necessity, this research discussed the time, logic and knowledge dimension.[Result/Conclusion] The model comprehensively and systematically reflects the key elements and management workflow involved in scientific data demand management under engineering thinking, and provides a data service platform for the dynamic change of data demand of scientific research personnel.
