摘要
当前,"一校一球一操"背景下啦啦操运动进校园已经成为一种风尚,而中小学建立+啦啦操队则是对落实这一政策的具体化体现。本文以南京市中小学啦啦操队为调查对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,以如何建立中小学啦啦操队并合理实施训练为主题,从:啦啦操队员的选拔、训练时间的确定、啦啦操训练内容及方法的选择、啦啦操队伍的管理与拓展以及其他影响啦啦操队建立的因素几个方面进行论述,希望能为从事啦啦操训练的体育教师提供参考。
