摘要
针对湛江钢铁高炉煤气净化方式采用干法除尘工艺后带来的高炉煤气管道及设备腐蚀问题,研究其酸性成分的产生原因以及带来的问题,对现有的控制措施所起到的作用进行分析,并提出后续改善措施。
To solve the problem of corrosion of BFG pipes and facilities caused by dry dedusting process in the blast furnace gas (BFG) purification system of Zhanjiang Steel, the paper studies the causes of the acidic component and its consequences, analyzes the ef? fectiveness of existing control measures and puts forward follow-up improvement measures.
