摘要
中国参与全球治理的历程是不断变化的,这一历程受主观态度的影响,也随着中国实力提升参与程度逐步加深。通过分析中国与联合国关系,我们可以看出中国参与全球治理态度及程度的变化过程,从中总结参与全球治理的经验教训。当下中国参与全球治理的"路",取决于对自己身份的定位,"社会主义国家""最大的发展中国家""接近世界舞台中央的国家",复杂的三重身份决定了中国参与全球治理独特的道路。中国以构建人类命运共同体为目标,以变革全球治理体系、构建全球公平正义的新秩序为途径,把自身发展与世界发展联系起来,既参与又引领了当前的全球治理,这是一条共进之路、变革之路、民族复兴之路。
Influenced by subjective attitudes and gradually progressing with the enhancement of national strength,the process of China’s participation in global governance is in constant change.Through analyses of the relationship between China and the United Nations,we can capture the changing process of Chinese attitude to and degree of participation in global governance,from which experience and lessons can be extracted.At present,Chinese “road” of participating in global governance depends on its own multiple identities as the “socialist country”,“largest developing country”,“country close to the center of world stage”.The complex triple identity determines its unique way of participation.With the construction of a community of the shared future for mankind progressing,China is transforming the global governance system and building a new order of global fairness and justice.Linking its own development with the world,China is not only participating in but also leading the current global governance.This is a road of progress,change and national rejuvenation.
