摘要
针对现阶段工厂普遍采用数控加工的现状,对原有基于普通机床提出的公差模型进行改进,提出了一种新的多目标公差设计优化模型。在考虑加工时间、夹具和刀具磨损等因素的影响下,建立了离散化的成本—公差模型。以加工成本、公差敏感性和质量损失为目标,装配功能和加工能力为约束条件,建立了基于离散化成本—公差模型和差分进化—全局蜂群混合算法的多目公差设计优化模型。以特里科型高速经编机编花部件为例,运用所提优化模型快速地得到了公差最优解,降低了产品的制造成本,提高了产品质量,验证了该模型的有效性。
Aiming at the current situation of CNC in the factory processing,the original tolerance model based on ordinary machine tools was improved,and a multi-objective optimization model of tolerance was proposed.By considering the machining cost,tolerance sensitivity and quality loss,a multi-objective optimization model of tolerance based on discretized cost-tolerance model and Differential Evolution-Global Artificial Bee Colony(DE-GABC)algorithm was established with constraints of assembly function and processing capacity.Through the example of a key knitting machine component,the optimal solutions of tolerance were obtained quickly with the proposed optimization model,which could reduce the cost and improve the quality of the products,and the validity of the proposed model was verified.
