Correlation between Serum Uric Acid Level and Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的探讨血尿酸水平与冠心病的相关性,为冠心病的诊疗提供参考。方法方便选取该院心内科自2016年5月—2017年5月收治的40例经冠脉造影确诊的40例冠心病患者作为观察组,同期接受体检的40名健康人作为对照组,比较分析两组血清尿酸水平差异。结果观察组内单支病变亚组25例,双支病变亚组12例,三支病变亚组3例;观察组治疗前血尿酸水平(345.29±30.16)mmol/L,明显高于对照组(301.02±25.48)mmol/l,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=7.091,P=0.000);观察组内随着病变冠状动脉数的增加,患者血尿酸水平呈现出上升趋势相关因素分析显示,血尿酸水平冠状动脉狭窄指数之间呈正相关关系(OR=0.872,P=0.008),Logistic多因素回归分析结果显示,血尿酸水平与年龄、糖尿病病史一起共为冠心病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与冠心病的发生、发展之间关系密切,为冠心病独立危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and coronary heart disease, and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 40 patients with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed by coronary angiography from May 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected enrolled in the study group. 40 healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time were regarded as the control group. The difference in serum uric acid levels were compared. Results In the observation group, 25 cases of single-vessel disease subgroup, 12 cases of double-vessel disease sub-group, and 3 cases of three-vessel disease sub-group;the blood uric acid level (345.29±30.16) mmol/L in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (301.02±25.48)mmol/l, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=7.091, P=0.000). In the observation group, the blood uric acid level showed an upward trend with the increase of the number of coronary artery lesions. There was a positive correlation between blood uric acid level and coronary artery stenosis index (OR=0.872, P=0.008). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that blood uric acid level was associated with age and diabetes history as a risk factor for coronary heart disease (P<0.05). Conclusion The relationship between serum uric acid level and the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease is one of the independent risk factors for coronary heart disease.
