摘要
针对目前老旧小区停车困难的问题,提出了一种小型侧方位无避让立体停车装置的设计方案。分析停车装置的工作原理,采用SolidWorks软件建立了停车装置的三维装配模型,主要包括框架体、存车位、固定机构、电控部分,并对关键部件进行有限元分析,设计停车装置的控制系统。该停车装置可有效解决老旧小区停车困难的问题,促进停车设备产业的发展。
Considering the difficult parking in old residential areas now,a design scheme of a small-sized high-rise parking device without lateral collision avoidance is proposed.Working principles of the parking device is analyzed,and the threedimensional assembly model of the parking device is established with SolidWorks software.It mainly includes the frame body,parking space,fixing mechanism and electronic control part.The key components are analyzed by adopting finite element method,and the control system of the parking device is designed.The parking device can effectively solve parking difficulties in old residential areas and boost the development of the industry of parking devices.
