模外三维覆膜设备及其液压系统设计分析

摘要 根据模外三维覆膜工艺流程对其成型设备进行总体结构设计,其主要由自动换膜装置、压边圈装置、上模腔装置、下模腔装置、加热装置和基座等构成。基于上、下模腔的工作机理设计了一套液压控制系统,采用电液比例换向阀控制其速度和方向。采用AMESim软件平台对其液压系统进行仿真分析,分析结果表明其能够准确地控制上、下模腔液压缸的运动,与设计要求相符。通过对比优化分析其PID控制器参数,得到了最优的参数,优化之后,其控制系统具有较高的稳定性和准确度。 Based on the outside mold three dimensional film coating process,the molding equipment was designed.It was mainly composed of automatic membrane changing device,blank ring device,upper cavity device,nether cavity device,heating device and base support.The hydraulic control system was designed based on the working mechanism of upper and nether cavity.Its speed and direction were controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve.The hydraulic control system was simulated and analyzed by adopting AMESim software platform.The analysis results show that the system could accurately control the movement of the upper and nether cavity hydraulic cylinders to satisfy the design requirements.The PID controller parameters are obtained by comparative optimization analysis and the control system could have higher stability and accuracy after optimization.
