摘要
简要介绍了模内复膜工艺的分类、工艺特性对比、各类模内复膜工艺的工艺过程。同时讨论了模内复膜产品设计原则以及装饰膜的预成型工艺及其公差经验值。
The types of insert film process, the comparison between different types of process characteristics of insert film process and the process technology for insert film are introduced briefly. The design guideline of the plastics products with insert film decoration and the position deviation experience tolerance of the film pre-form process are discussed.
