在氧漂体系中过氧化氢分解速率对漂白棉织物性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 探讨了过氧化氢分解速率与氧漂液pH、氧漂液温度、氧漂稳定剂质量浓度和过氧化氢质量浓度的关系,总结了过氧化氢分解速率与分解产物的关联,分析了HOO^-质量浓度对漂白效率和漂白棉布性能的影响,测试了漂白棉布的毛效、白度和强力损失。结果表明:当氧漂液pH=11、氧漂液温度90℃、氧漂稳定剂7 g/L、过氧化氢5g/L时,获得了一条合适的过氧化氢分解速率曲线,氧漂1 h氧漂液中残留过氧化氢10%,漂白棉布的毛效11.0cm/min、白度78.1、经向强力损失5.3%和纬向强力损失5.1%。 This article discusses the relationship between hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate and hydrogen peroxide bleaching solution pH value,hydrogen peroxide bleaching solution temperature,hydrogen peroxide bleaching stabilizer concentration,hydrogen peroxide concentration.The relationship between the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide and the decomposition products is summarized.The effect of HOO^-concentration on bleaching efficiency and performance of bleached cotton cloth is analyzed,and the capillary effect,whiteness and strength loss of bleached cotton cloth are tested.The results show that when the oxygen bleaching solution pH=11,the oxygen bleaching temperature is 90℃,the oxygen bleaching stabilizer is 7 g/L,and the hydrogen peroxide is 5 g/L,a suitable hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate curve is obtained.The residual hydrogen peroxide is 10%in oxygen bleaching solution for 1h,and the wool effect,whiteness,meridional strength loss and zonal strength loss of bleached cotton cloth are 11.0 cm/min,78.1 cm/min,5.3%and 5.1%respectively.
