摘要
针对二醋酸纤维与天丝纤维的特点,采用低温分散染料染二醋酸纤维、低碱活性染料染天丝的二浴法染色工艺,并结合生产关键点的控制,确保了产品质量。成品的醋酸纤维质量分数为29%,各项色牢度指标均达要求。
According to the characteristics of diacetate fiber and Tencel fiber,the two-bath dyeing process of di⁃acetate fiber with disperse dye at low temperature and Tencel with low alkali reactive dye is adopted,and the quality of the product is ensured by controlling the key points of production.The diacetate fiber content of the finished product is 29%,and the color fastness index meets the requirements.
