摘要
自从滑板运动列入2020年东京奥运会正式比赛项目,滑板运动被越来越多的人接受,滑板需求量逐年增加。滑板面板作为滑板重要部件,其原材料有枫木、桦木和竹材等,其中竹材以其成材周期短、强度高和韧性好等优势成为了滑板面板原材料的主要来源。笔者从滑板发展现状、竹质滑板面板工艺和性能等方面介绍了竹质滑板,从资源、成本和文化价值等方面分析了竹质滑板的优势,对竹质滑板面板的研究和产业化方面提出了建议。
More and more people can accept the skateboarding since it is included in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,which leads to the demand of skateboard increase gradually.At present,the material of skateboard deck mainly contains maple,birch and bamboo,etc.Bamboo has become the important sources of skateboard panels due to its advantages such as short cycle,high strength and good toughness.In this paper,the development,the panel process and the performance of bamboo skateboard are introduced.In addition,the advantages are analyzed based on the resource,cultural value and cost.At last,the authors put forward some suggestions for the research and industrialization of bamboo skateboard.
