摘要
针对不同炭化工艺制备竹炭材料的微晶结构,运用X射线衍射分析技术(X-rayDiffrac-tion)进行检测分析.结果表明在衍射角度2θ为24°和43°附近出现衍射小峰,竹炭细微结构单元有晶化现象存在或其细微结构单元的部分碳原子的排列有秩序,且其衍射峰强度随竹材炭化热解工艺的炭化温度升高而加强,竹炭微晶结构的无序化受到一定影响,有向有序化方向移动的迹象.
Prepare the small crystal structure of the bamboo charcoal material to different char technology, use the X-ray diffraction analysis measure.Result indicate bamboo charcoal small structure unit have crystal phenomenon or some carbon atom in good order permutation in diffraction angle 2θ 24° & 43° nearby,and its intensity of diffraction peak strengthens with the char temperature rise,and a certain influence regular of the small crystal structure of bamboo charcoal,there is sign moved in the direction of ordering.
