摘要
目的:探讨医疗游戏辅导在肿瘤患儿PICC置管中的应用效果。方法:将90例肿瘤患儿随机分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组进行常规PICC置管护理,研究组在此基础上进行医疗游戏辅导,比较两组干预前后焦虑程度、配合度及家长对护理工作的满意度。结果:研究组焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组患儿配合度和家长对护理工作满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:医疗游戏辅导能有效减轻患儿PICC置管的焦虑,提高患儿配合度和家长对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of medical game counselling on peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)insertion in children patients with tumor.Methods:A total of 90 children were randomly divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine PICC catheterization nursing,while the study group received medical game counseling on the basis of control group.The degree of anxiety,cooperation and parents'satisfaction on nursing work before and after the intervention between the two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety score of the study group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Both the degree of cooperation from children and parents′satisfaction score on nursing care were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical game counseling can effective reduce the anxiety level of children patients undergoing PICC catheter,improve the degree of adaptability in children patients and the satisfaction of nursing care on their parents.
