摘要
目的探讨1.5 T时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(TOF-MRA)和增强磁共振血管成像(CE-MRA)两种技术对脑血管病的诊断价值。方法对115例临床怀疑脑血管病患者同时行TOF-MRA和CE-MRA检查,采集后的图像进行三维重建。常规磁共振成像(MRI)包括矢状面T_1WI,横断面T_1WI、T_2WI及弥散成像。结果结合TOF-MRA、CE-MRA及常规图像,诊断颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞80例、动脉瘤13例,动静脉畸形4例,烟雾病2例,颅内血管显示正常16例,两者对诊断动脉狭窄或闭塞结果不一致。结论 TOF-MRA和CE-MRA两者互补,能无创、快速、有效、准确地诊断脑血管病。
Objective Evaluate the value of 1.5 T time of flight MR angiography(TOF-MRA)and contrastenhanced MR angiography(CE-MRA)in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Total of 115 cases underwent TOF-MRA and CE-MRA.All image data were analyzed.Normal scanning included sagittal T1WI,transverse T1WI,T2WI,and DWI.Results In 115 cases,80 cases were presented arterial stenosis or occlusion,13 with aneurysms,4 with AVM,and 2 with moyamoya.Sixteen cases were normal.The two methods were inconsistent in the diagnosis of arterial stenosis or occlusion.Conclusion TOF-MRA and CE-MRA were fast,non-invasive and effective techniques,and could accurately diagnose cerebrovascular diseases.
