摘要
目的观察并探究左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭对左室射血分数(LVEF)及脑钠肽(BNP)的改善作用。方法 2014年12月至2016年12月在本院收治的心力衰竭患者中随机选取80例开展本次研究,依据信封法将患者分为对照组及观察组,对照组接受常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组加用左西孟旦进行治疗,各40例。结果对比两组左室射血分数水平、脑钠肽水平、临床治疗总有效率,均提示观察组所得效果更为理想(P<0.05)。对比两组不良反应发生几率差异无统计学意义。结论左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭可有效改善患者的左室射血分数及脑钠肽水平,提高临床治疗效果,同时不会增加不良反应发生率,具有较高的用药安全性,故具有显著的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe and explore the effect of levosimendan on left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with heart failure. Methods From December 2014 to December 2016, 80 patients were randomly selected from our hospital for heart failure. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the envelope method, and the control group received conventional anti-heart failure treatment. The observation group was treated with levosimendan, 40 cases each. Results Compared with the left ventricular ejection fraction, brain natriuretic peptide level and total effective rate of clinical treatment, the results of the observation group were more satisfactory (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the odds of adverse events between the two groups. Conclusion Levosimendan in the treatment of heart failure can effectively improve the left ventricular ejection fraction and brain natriuretic peptide level, improve the clinical treatment effect, and increase the incidence of adverse reactions. It has high drug safety and therefore has significant Clinical application value.
