摘要
随着现代信息技术突飞猛进的发展,数字档案馆也应运而生并逐渐普及。为适应时代发展,实现研究所间信息共享,广州生物院开始转变档案服务和管理模式,建设数字档案馆。本文结合生物院实际情况,从数字档案馆建设的基本目标入手,对生物院现状和建设基本目标之间的差距进行分析,并从建设方案、档案服务人员、标准体系、技术平台等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
With the rapid development of modern information technology, the digital archives is arising and growing rapidly. In order to adapt to the demand of the development of times and realize the information sharing among CAS institutions, GIBH starts to change the archives service and management patterns and establish digital archives. Based on the real situation of GIBH and the target of establishing its digital archives, this article analyzes the gaps between the current situation and the basic target and proposes the related solutions from perspectives of establishment plan, service staff, standard system, technology platform and etc.
