摘要 三蒸馏凝结水系统从建成开工投用以来,由于流程复杂线路长,并网介质参数不同等因素,一直处于非正常运行状态。虽然经过几个周期的停工改造,但仍然存在不少缺陷,使整个凝结水系统不能处于正常运行状态。本文针对凝结水系统运行中出现的问题,经过详细的对比分析,找出出现问题的根源,并提出解决方案。对现有流程进行适当调整,从根本上解决了凝结水系统运行中的问题。 The third distillation unit condensate system had been running abnormally since the completion of the startup,due to the long process flow and the different parameters of the grid. Although after several cycles of downtime,but there were still many defects,so that the entire condensate system can’t be in normal operation. To solve the problems in the operation of condensate system,after a detailed comparative analysis,the root causes of problems was identified,and solutions were proposed,appropriate adjustments were made in the existing process,a fundamental solution to the operation of the condensate system problems was put forward.
