摘要 为保证快速掘进系统各机械设备之间安全、稳定、快速运行,对机械设备之间的协同控制进行了研究,在分析设备间协同关系、系统协同关系的基础上,给出快速掘进系统的硬件实现和软件实现。各设备之间采用Modbus RTU进行数据通信,以PLC控制器为基础进行软件实现。该快速掘进系统在大柳塔矿进行了工业性试验,实际使用结果表明,该协同控制系统运行安全、稳定,满足实际生产要求。 In order to ensure the safe, stable and fast operation between the mechanical equipment of the quick excavation system, the collaborative control between mechanical equipments is studied. Based on the analysis of the synergy relationship among each single equipment and the systems, the rapid excavation hardware and software were configured. Modbus RTU is used for data communication between devices, and software is implemented based on PLC controller. The rapid excavation system was industrially tested at the DaLiuTa Mine. The practical results show that the coordinated control system is safe and stable in operation and meets actual production requirements.
