摘要
基于煤矿企业生产的特点,建立一套指标体系来评价煤矿企业资源配置的效率,通过改进的DEA模型来进行有效性评价,解决了传统DEA方法无法充分分辨有效决策单元的缺点,达到了评价的目的,即对全部决策单元的有效性进行分辨和排序。最后在评价煤矿企业资源配置的效率时使用该模型,检验该方法的可行性和有效性,使得评价结果更加合理。
Evaluation indexes of resource allocation efficiency of coal mine production logistics system are determined, combined with the characteristics of coal mine production logistics system. A modified DEA model for distinguishing efficient DMUs is set up to solve the problems of distinguishing efficient decision making units in traditional data envelopment analysis（DEA） model, distinguishing and ranking all the DMUs. Application of the model in resource allocation efficiency of coal mine proves the feasibility and availability of self - calibration method and gives a more reasonable evaluation.
