摘要
以国外关于适应性绩效的八个维度理论为指导,结合相关研究与访谈,自编特殊教育专业实习生适应性绩效初始问卷。经探索性因素分析确定了问题解决、紧急处理、文化适应、人际协调、持续学习和身体适应6因素34题项的正式问卷。运用该问卷对川内三所高等师范院校的特殊教育专业2017届115名实习生进行了问卷调查。结果发现:特教专业实习生适应性绩效整体水平处于中等偏高水平;在性别、民族、自主实习和学生类型变量上,实习生适应性绩效水平差异不显著;在是否为免费师范生、是否从事班主任工作和是否从事行政工作变量上,实习生适应性绩效水平存在显著性差异。
Based on the eight dimensional theories of adaptive performance and combined with relevant researches and interviews, preliminary questionnaires of adaptive performance of interns majored in special education are self-compiled. After exploratory elements analysis, formal questionnaires are made including 34 items and 6 factors called problem solving, emergency treatment, cultural adaptation, interpersonal coordination, continuous learning and physical adaptation. The questionnaire survey is conducted on 115 interns of Grade 2017 majored in special education in three teachers' colleges of Sichuan Province. The result shows that:(1) the overall level of the interns' adaptive performance is a little higher than medium;(2) the difference of the interns' adaptive performance questionnaire is insignificant in variables of gender, nationality, independent practice and student type;(3) there is a significant difference in the interns' adaptive performance in variables of free normal students, head teachers and administrative work.
